Terms of Service
Hello! Madame speaking, if you are inquiring about my commissions there are a few things that you must know1. Clients are eligible to use PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle to pay for commissions.
2. If you want a commission from me, you have to send me reference images of what you wish to (poses, character, reference sheets, etc.).
3. If you are under the age of 16, do not ask for a suggestive commission.
4. If you ask for a suggestive commission, I will ask you your age. If it’s anywhere under 16, it’s an automatic no (alternatively, if you refuse to answer the question, I will block you).
5. If the character you want suggestive art of is under the age of consent (18), then it’s an automatic no.
6. Payment is upfront, and that is not optional. Once your commission has been paid, that’s when I shall start.
7. You’ll be sent several sketch images throughout the making process. Please give me advice on what I can change to make the picture better.
8. Prices, once confirmed, are solid and will not change.
9. Anything outside of a sprite edit or a drawn commission in my art style is out of the question. This includes, but is not limited to: Vtubers, animations, pixel art, traditional art, etc.
10. At the end of the commission process, I will post it to social media unless desired otherwise by the client during the process.
11. Commission turnout is around 1 to 2 weeks.
12. Please keep conversation in DMs to a minimum. I would like to focus on the commission first and foremost.
13. I would like to note that even though I may post on social media, that doesn’t mean I am not working on your commission, as sometimes I have automated posts and other times it’s my break.
14. I can and will turn down a commission and refund you your money at any given time for any given reason (something like I discovered the character does not belong to you, I am sick, etc.).
15. This TOS is specifically for commissions only, not for any other service that I may or may not provide.
16. Once you have paid for your commission, you will be put in a queue and wait until I can get to your commission, at which point I will contact you.Those are all for now. This list might be added to in the future, or I may even remove some things, but these are the terms and conditions as of 2024.
